Book early: Usually the earlier in advance you book your rental, the more likely you are to save on your rental. This is especially true if you are looking to travel during peak travel times such as, bank holidays, school half terms, christmas, easter etc. Also try to remember that vehicles can be limited in certain areas, so the sooner you reserve your vehicle the more likely you are to save on your rental booking and also the more likely you are to recieve the rental vehicle you want (subject to availability) and avoid any issues or chances of having the vehicle type you want out of stock!
Familiarise yourself: Always try to familiarise yourself with your surroundings, do you know the local driving laws?, have you checked your rental vehicle for any scratches or marks etc BEFORE you take posession of the vehicle?, have you enough gas/fuel for your journey?, do you have a map or knowledge of the area?, these very little tips can save you massively in time and are well worth remembering.
Rental vehicle types: We get asked alot about why the vehicle shown on the rental quote page can differ from that given upon collection of the vehicle. This can often occur when vehicles may be limited to certain locations and vehicle types, other factors may also come into consideration when someone has previously rented a vehicle as a one-way rental and the vehicle has yet to be returned back to it's original location. Other factors to include are, peak travel time periods, availability issues, maintenance etc. These factors need to be taken into consideration when collecting your rental vehicle, however if you look on the vehicle quote page you should see where it says 'rate details' and also 'vehicle details' these will explain both the vehicle type you can expect to recieve and also the rental conditions of your desired rental. We would highly recommend that you read BOTH fully BEFORE booking your rental as this can avoid any un-nesessary issues afterwords, however if you are ever unsure of anything you can of course always contact us and we will try to help you as best we can. Please also note that we have both Cancel and request voucher functions on the main page of our site and also on many other pages throughout our site located mainly at the bottom of the page(s).
Help with flight Number: We have found that many people are having difficulty in booking a rental as they don't have a flight number, if this is the case for you a simple solution to this is to simply enter three zero's like this: 000 and that should fix this issue, Thank you.

How to book car rental with us:
How to book your car rental: We know that there are many people out there that may not be computer savvy or may not know the in's and out's of car rental or how to search/book car rental etc, and so with this in mind, and with also having recieved many requests regarding help with the booking process we have decieded to create a page dedicated to helping people who may otherwise not know how the whole reservation process works.
Below you will see our booking engine provided and there are 3 stages in which to complete a booking on this site, the process is outlined below, for your convenience step 1 is described below, after step 1 is completed you will simply need to follow the on screen instructions to complete both steps 2 and 3.
There are 3 steps to the reservations process begining with the car rental search page as shown below, then once the process outlined below is completed you are taken to process two (not shown here) on process two you will see the available cars for your desired location, their prices and also the rate details along with a 'BOOK NOW' button to book your rental, clicking this button will take you to step 3, at which point you are shown the page for your personal details and payment details, after you have completed this section you will be shown your rental voucher of which will be emailed to you, but you will need to print this voucher out as you will need it in order to collect your rental at the rental agent desk at your desired pick up location.

Reservation search and booking guide:
Step 1: On the booking engine you should first see where it says 'type your location' this is where you type your desired car rental pick-up collection point location, for example: if you want to rent a car in; Toronto, Canada, you would simply type Toronto and any locations of car rental in Toronto will be displayed, if however you want to search by country (this can happen if the actual location for pick-up is unkown) then simply type the country required and all locations within that country will be displayed (if any). Below that you will see a little box that says 'different location' you only need to tick this box if you want to drop off your rental at a different location to the one that you collected your rental from.
Next you should see two boxes and two drop-down menus. the boxes are calenders which you click to pick your desired start and return car rental dates, the two drop-drown menus are used to determine the times of collecting your rental and returning you car.
Below that you should see a box and some text that says 'drivers age' for this simply type the age of the driver that will drive the rental car, the drop-down menu box across from that is to choose your desired car group, however if you select (show all) this often shows the best and most thorough results.
After that it shows what type of currency you want your rates displayed in and also your country of residence, simply choose your country of where you live, Once you have this lot done you should see a button that says SEARCH, Simply click that and it will return results of rental cars available with the details that you selected (if any) it will show the cars available, their prices and rate details, then simply select which one you want and follow the instructions provided to steps 2 and 3. Important: Remember that after you book your rental you WILL need to print off your rental voucher so please remember to do that, although this will be emailed to you upon completion of booking and if needed you can also request your voucher by means of our main page on our site located to the top right of our booking engine where there is also a cancel reservation function provided.
Booking info:
Upon arrival at the rental agent to collect your rental car you may be asked to provide the following; the credit card with which you booked your rental, your driving licence (that of the driver), proof of ID etc so always try to have these to hand before arriving at the rental agent as it can save time.
