TIP: If you try to book a vehicle and are having difficulty booking at an airport because you have no flight number, then we would advise you to try putting three zeros (000) into the flight number box indicated on the booking process page and it should work fine, however if it does not work please let us know or alternativley you can call Cartrawler on: +35314999610 and they should be able to help you in resolving this issue. If you are having any difficulty in contacting Cartrawler please advise us of this as soon as you possibly can do and we will endeavour to help you anyway we can, remember that we have provided for you both the amend and cancel booking functions on the home page of our site for your convenience however if you still have any issues that you can't seem to resolve via Cartrawler, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our upmost to help you, Thank you.

NOTICE: We are NOT in anyway associated with Cartrawler. We simply use their booking engine and support system (to some extent) on our site. The Cartrawler support system that you see on our site is what we are allowed to use by Cartrawler, however we operate our own e-mail system and our own live help system neither of which is affiliated or controlled by Cartrawler.   • Where can I find the rental conditions? The rental conditions for a rental can be found on either step 2 or 3 of the booking engine process, or by going here
  • Do I have to pay the entire booking fee up front?  In alot of the cases no as for most rental locations expresscarentals only requires a booking deposit, You will need to pay the remainder of the booking fee upon arrival at the rental desk of the provider to whom you are collecting your rental vehicle from.   • What is 'Advertise' and how can it benifit my company? We have abolished our advertisement programe for the time being. However we do still have advertising space available within our site and also within our group of worldwide site(s). To find our more please contact us for more info relating to advert places available and prices.
  • What are the age limits for renting a vehicle? Age limits can vary greatly from rental provider to rental provider. Please read carefully the rental conditions on the booking engine located on step 2 of the booking process indicated by an "I" icon, or step 3 at the bottom of the page indicated "rental conditions".   • What is the difference between Expresscarentals support and Cartrawler support? Well the only difference is that Cartrawler handle ALL support enquiries relating to your booking, eg: booking cancellations, changing of bookings made, or other booking related enquiries. Expresscarentals support handles ALL other support enquires.   • What is cartrawler's cancellation policy? If you want to cancel your booking you MUST do so contacting cartrawler.com via email ONLY no less than 24 hours BEFORE your departure date. Cartrawler will NOT accept cancellation requests by telephone.  More than 24 hours notice: Cartrawler will refund all charges except for the non refundable adminstration fee to the credit/debit card that was supplied during booking.  Less than 24 hours notice/ No show: If you contact Cartrawler less than 24 hours before your departure date to cancel your booking, or if you don't show to collect your rental vehicle, Then all monies transacted on the credit/debit card shall be retained.   • What do I do in the event of an accident? Please contact the rental office from which you collected the vehicle, you will find the contact information on your rental voucher/rental agreement. The rentar is required to inform the rental office immediatley in the event of any accident. The rentar MUST perform the following procedures outlined here: (A) OBTAIN ALL NESESSARY CONTACT INFORMATION FROM ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED AND ANY POSSIBLE WITNESESS. (B) IMMEDIATLY INFORM THE RENTAL AGENT WITH ALL DETAILS WHICH MAY BE OF USE. (C) IMMEDIATLY NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES IF THE THIRD PARTY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, OR IF ANY PERSON(S) ARE INJURED. (D) DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLE WITHOUT TAKING PROPER MEASURES TO PROTECT AND SAFEGUARD IT.  **PLEASE NOTE** NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR A RESERVATION OR LOST RENTAL TIME IF VEHICLE(S) HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT.   • Is there any additional charge for one-way rentals? As each rental location has only a limited supply of rental vehicles, there may therefore be an additional drop off charge if the vehicle is being dropped off in a different location to where it was collected.  Please refer to the "rental conditions" for more information on this. **Please Note** If there is any one-way drop off fee to be paid, it will NOT be included in the price quoted online.
