Cork airport directions: We have provided here some driving directions to Cork airport. Located about 10 minutes drive from Cork city centre. Located at the south end of the N27 if travelling from the north, east or west, or located off the R600 if coming from Kinsale.
Car hire popularity: Car rental in Cork is very popular and vehicles do become booked up very quickly due to the location. Car hire in the Cork area is very popular during peak times and holiday periods and we would highly recommend booking your rental well in advance.

TIP: If you plan on visiting as much as possible, we would highly recommend you rent a car, simply because many locations around the country can be stopped over en-route to other higher priority locations where this would not be possible if using public transport.
