Booking Confirmation: When your booking is confirmed, expresscarentals.com will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the said vehicle rental provider for each booking that is made. but expresscarentals.com does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the vehicle rental provider, or additional service requested by you at your vehicle collection point. expresscarentals.com recommends you throughly check all details relating to your booking, eg; location, collection point, extra fuel charges, milage costs, drop off costs, period of rental. expresscarentals.com advises you that you should read and fully understand and comply with the said vehicle rental providers conditions of rental, Upon which the vehicle provider makes the reserved vehicle available to you upon receipt of your booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation, or modification of the booking.

Booking Cancellations: Cancellations of a booking must be made within forty eight (48) hours before the rental vehicle is due to commence pursuant to the booking being made on this website. If you wish to cancel a booking please go to expresscarentals.com and email support on: support@expresscarentals.com including your: reservation ID: and email address that you used when you completed your booking stating that you wish to cancel your booking. In the event of a cancellation (notice of which is received by expresscarentals.com by at least forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this website) All funds except the non-refundable administration charge will be reimbursed. In the event of a cancellation (notice of which is received less than forty eight (48) hours before the rental of the vehicle is due to commence pursuant to a booking made on this website) all funds except the non-refundable administration charge and the booking deposit will be reimbursed.

No Liability In Credit Card Or Debit Card Transactions: expresscarentals.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure.
